We want you to be completely satisfied with your honey-infused favorites, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or tampered with.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Gisou packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
